Waiver requirement update

*Please fill out your SUHSD waiver correctly and we will add you to the “Completed Waiver” list. Once on the list, you will no longer be required to fill one out for the rest of this Spring Season. This is how in needs to be filled out. Please include your team name in the upper right hand corner.
