Residency and Age verification

This is a reminder that our first Residency and Age verification day is next Saturday, December 18, 2021. You can come by the CVA fields located at 44 East J Street. We will be there from 8:30am-11:00am. Please review the document linked below for the verification requirements. To expedite the process, please provide us with a copy of each document you bring. We will need to verify using the original document, but we do need to keep copies of all the documentation as well. Thank you for your cooperation!
